“ Wow. i don’t even know where to describe the experience. The service was top notch! Great teamwork amongst the service staff not one unspoken wish or desire was left unfulfilled! We had the Black Angus Steak as the shared experience for two. The tartare was amazing. Freshest of the freshest - the bread was amazing too as well as the champagne! The Steak + Potatoes were HEAVENLY!!! For 80€ you get a Steak tartare + Champagne appetizer And Steak + potatoes + red wine combo. I swear from the meat quality, flavor profile to the service everything was AMAZING. We got lowkey drunk off the complimentary HOMEMADE Limoncello, Meloncello and Pistachio Liquor. It was so good I was disappointed I couldn’t buy a bottle to take home! ( the spirits are made in house as well.) Immaculate experience 10/10. Wowsers! ”
“ We were walking by and saw the attractive interior so decided to have a meal. A great decision. We had the mixed crostini (the pate was amazing) and the Irish steaks (the tomahawk was popular but we couldn't agree on how we wanted it done so we each got our own). Steaks were perfectly done and the potatoes were divine. Service was awesome. If we were here for longer, we'd go back for sure. ”
“ I've had a lot of steak in Europe and North America. This is easily in the top 3. Order medium rare or medium well. You will not be disappointed and will walk out telling yourself you had the best steak of your life. I ordered the Irish Black Angus filet and the Picana. Both were incredible and I'm going to think about this steak when I get home. ”
“ Molto bene! I found it online (hotel was a five minute walk away) and it sounded perfect. I was concerned that it was just me because the menu seemed designed for a minimum of two. I arrived with a reservation for one at opening. The host warmly greeted me and took me to a small table of my choice. From the complimentary aperitif, to the freshly baked bread, to the mushroom risotto, to the lush Valpolicella Allegrini, to the perfectly cooked mid-rare Irish Black Angus steak, to the beautiful potatoes, to the tiramisu, to the pistachio liqueur (again, complimentary) it was a culinary victory. My servers were exceptional, patient, and kind with my poor Italian, and they both made a significant effort to make me feel welcome. I will return again and again, no doubt. Bravo! ”
“ What a wonderful experience it was to find I Carnivori restaurant. I highly recommend it. Not only is the meat fantastic, cooked to perfection, but the potatoes are made to a special standard, and they even offer Modena vinegar to dress your salads. But in my opinion, what truly makes this place exceptional is its staff. I must also mention Barbara and Marco, who are kind, attentive, professional, and polite. They are truly a wonderful example of Italian hospitality. Thank you for two wonderful nights of good food and good people. The restaurant I Carnivori is one of my best souvenirs from Florence. ”
“ We just stopped in for a light meal, since we had an early morning flight but, as soon as we arrived, we wished that we had time for a larger meal as we saw the fabulous steaks being served. We were greeted with a small glass of prosecco, then thoroughly enjoyed a starter of Tuscan cheeses followed by a meal of gourmet burger and mushroom risotto. We ended our meal with the chef’s dessert of a luscious chocolate lava cupcake, served with complimentary limoncello and amaro. Highly recommended! ”

“ What a perfect meal with some of the kindest staff, quality steak, and wonderful atmosphere. From start to finish we let the server and chef recommend our wines, steak and dessert. Everything paired so well with each other. We enjoyed our meal for close to 4 hours and the staff never rushed us, but instead made sure we were comfortable and happy the entire time. 10/10 would recommend this place if you are into steaks, especially dry aged from different regions of the world. Their selection is top notch. Can’t wait to be back. Thank you to all the staff and the chef for a wonderful meal ”
